Matt Sepanic
Studio manager, engineer
Ran his own studio from 2003 to 2013 and has engineered platinum albums. We met him while he was teaching at the Dark Horse Institute, and he joined TRC in 2024.
Sessions by invitation. Friends welcome.
TRC Studios is a private facility. We do sessions every week for our friends, and we make new friends all the time. We specialize in mixing and mix coaching.
Mike Schatzlein MD
Proprietor, producer, engineer
A former member of the rock band Reformation. A keyboardist, trumpet player and singer. A husband, father and grandfather. A heart transplant surgeon, a music producer, and a mix engineer.
At TRC he follows his passion for remixing. Mike has mixed hundreds of tracks for records, film, trade shows, video and radio (yep, a lot of jingles). Now he turns old or demo tracks into polished mixes, mastered for streaming.
The rest of the crew.
Jake Saghi
Chief engineer emeritus, consulting engineer
Started at TRC in 2016 as a Belmont senior and soon became chief engineer. He designed the wiring of Studio Five, produces a couple of hundred songs a year, and is available on request.
